Supplementary pension: vote to elect your representatives to the RAAP Board of Directors
Dear UPP artists and authors,
As part of the renewal of the RAAP (IRCEC) Board of Directors, several UPP members are standing for election to the Board:
- at the Collège des photographes:
Julien Hay
Henri Comte
- to the Collège des retraités:
Frédéric Buxin
Joëlle Mestas
On the Board of Directors in particular, it's important that all categories of authors are well represented, and photographers in particular. At a time when techniques and political will are seeking to free themselves from copyright, we need to strengthen our representation within our historic rights management organization.
The ballot will be managed electronically at , and each voter will be able to access a reserved and secure area, which will open on November 28 at 11am on a specially dedicated website(click here).
In this area, voters can consult the list of candidates corresponding to their college or sub-college. Candidates are listed in alphabetical order, starting with the letter N. The presentation notes and photos of each candidate (for those who have provided them) will also be published here.
The ballot closes at 11am on December 12.
You've received an e-mail with your login and password for your IRCEC space, and youcan find further information here.
Don't hesitate to support UPP candidates. They are your representatives, and they are especially committed to you.
As a reminder:
If you are a professional artist-author and are paid in royalties, IRCEC is the Social Security organization that manages your compulsory supplementary pension.
When you reach the affiliation threshold, you are affiliated to IRCEC for your supplementary pension. You then have access to a compulsory supplementary pension scheme: RAAP, which covers all professional artists and authors (graphic, plastic or photographic authors, illustrators, writers or literary translators, authors and composers of musical works, dubbing dialoguists, playwrights and composers, performing arts authors, film authors, etc.) . Depending on the nature of your activity, you may also be eligible for RACD and/or RACL.
