As part of the Rencontres Photographiques du 10e organized by the Collectif Fetart, UPP discovered the winners of the 2023 edition through podcasts.

#1 - Meeting with Oleñka Carrasco and Anthony Voisin

Interview conducted by Arnaud Février, UPP administrator.

Bastien Deschamps

Bastien Deschamps is an itinerant photographer. He divides his time between auteur documentary work, existential photography and bookmaking. In 2020 he launched Where the Border Runs, a geopoetic journey following different border rivers around the world, focusing on their specificities and common issues.

Adrien Selbert

A graduate of the Beaux-Arts in Nantes, Adrien Selbert is a photographer, director and editor. His approach is based on a fertile border between fiction and documentary, still and moving images, and on restoring the faces and bodies trapped in the "entre-temps".

About the Rencontres Photographiques du 10e : From September 28 to October 28, 2023, photography reinvades the entire 10th arrondissement with exhibitions, screenings, workshops, parties... At the heart of the event, the Mairie du 10e will be exhibiting the 8 winning projects of this year's edition. Passers-by will also be able to stroll through the streets to discover the various satellite locations, brought together as in the previous edition in a series of hotspots. Since 2017, Rencontres photographiques du 10e has been organized by the FETART collective, which for the past 13 years has also organized the Circulation(s) festival dedicated to young European photography at CENTQUATRE-PARIS.
