Purchase of non-contributed pension quarters
If you were a member of Agessa between 1975 and 2019, your contributions were deducted (paid directly to Agessa) by your distributors. However, this deduction did not include contributions to the basic old-age insurance scheme, so you did not contribute to this scheme, nor did you accrue any rights for these periods. Your career record does not take these years of work into account, as you have not validated any quarters.
To remedy this situation, Social Security offers you the opportunity to buy back the quarters you have not contributed, in order to complete your career record and improve the amount of your retirement pension.
1. Who is eligible?
Former Agessa contributors, whether already retired or not.
2. What periods are covered?
Artistic remuneration received more than 3 years after December 31, 1975.
You can regularize up to 5 periods of at least 3 consecutive calendar years (even if you did not receive any artistic income during part of this period).
3. what income is concerned?
