The resumption of collections from Artistes Auteurs continues. Out-of-court telephone reminders made between November and January have enabled many situations to be regularized. The number of Artistes-Auteurs in debt was reduced by 40% in the 4th quarter of 2023.

Collection actions will now be launched to recover all overdue debts.

However, a first wave of formal notices is currently being dispatched to artists with debts in excess of 1,500 euros.

Those with a lower debt will also receive a formal notice, which will be sent out at the end of February.

If you are affected by these reminders, we recommend that you :
- Settle your debt immediately if you can,
- request a payment schedule. This can be done from your personal space at https://www.artistes-auteurs.urssaf.fr/aa/accueil, in the connected messaging system, by choosing "cotisations et paiements" then "demander un délai de paiement". The procedure is detailed here: AA-ModeOp-DemanderDelaiPaiement.pdf (urssaf.fr).

Also, if you've received a message with the subject line "avis amiable" (amicable notice) and no attachment... this means you haven't yet paid your first quarter of 2024 (due last January 15). Even if the debt is recent, make sure you pay it now, or ask for a deferment of payment, as you would if you had received a formal notice.

Finally, for those who have not yet done so and would like to, we would like to remind you that income modulation allows you to readjust your contributions according to your projected income for the year. This will enable you, in the event of variations in your activi from one year to the next (upwards or downwards) to anticipate the sums you will be asked to pay over the quarters by URSSAF.
